3. Custom Product Orders
We specialize in custom engraved items. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check all custom inputs and shipping details before completing your purchase.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once your order has been placed. If an error occurs on our end, we will work with you to make it right.

5. Shipping Policy
We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting an order. Orders with addresses outside of our shipping zone may be canceled and refunded.

Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe and WooCommerce, which also calculate and apply any applicable taxes.

7. Sales Tax

8. Customer-Provided Materials
If you choose to provide your own material for engraving, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damage, defects, or breakage during the engraving process. We treat all materials with care but cannot guarantee compatibility or results.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, product images, and engravings created by us are the intellectual property of Exceptional Engravings and Vesco Innovations LLC.

Customers may have the option to upload their own content (including logos, artwork, and text) for use in personalized products. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it.
Your content does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.

We do not review, verify, or evaluate customer-submitted content for potential copyright or trademark infringement.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your design is lawful and authorized for use.

Exceptional Engravings reserves the right — but is not obligated — to remove or reject any content that we believe may violate these terms or any applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Customer-uploaded content or materials

Any delays or errors caused by incorrect order details

Damages resulting from use or misuse of products

Customer-Provided Content
By uploading designs, images, or other content to our platform, you affirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content. Exceptional Engravings does not assume liability for any content provided by customers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights or trademarks.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to reject or remove any content that we believe may violate these terms.
